Zen Production produces events and experiences. Live music is the starting point, not the boundary: alongside concerts we build conferences, cultural and institutional events, corporate events, festivals and series, special projects and tailor-made formats. We work alongside organizers and artists at every step, with the same care and in six languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

How we work

Listening

The first step is getting in touch. You can reach us by phone, by e-mail or on social media: we answer in person, with no intermediaries.

From there we listen: the idea, the needs, the goals, the audience you want to reach and the context in which the event will take shape.

Planning

We build the project together with the client, starting from the needs that have emerged. Together we define:

The network is part of the project. Zen Production has a network of professionals, institutions, facilities, suppliers and local organizations built over the years. Production and stage

As Local Producer we become the point of reference on the ground and coordinate everything it takes for the project to become an event brought to life:
